Registration Process

To register your child at Hala Jeddah International Schools, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Application Form

   • Parents are required to first fill out the official school application form.

   • The form can be accessed by clicking the “Apply Now” button located at the top right of this website.

2. Submit the Application

   • After completing the form, please print it and submit it by hand to the school’s administration office.

   • Ensure that all required details are filled in accurately (student’s personal details, guardian’s information, and medical information).

3. Prepare the Required Documents
   Along with the application form, please provide the following documents:

   • Copy of student ID card or Iqama

   • Copy of student’s passport

   • Birth certificate

   • Vaccination card

   • Previous school report card (last three years, if applicable)

   • Leaving certificate from previous school

   • Two recent passport-size photographs

4. Review of Application

   • Once submitted, the school administration will review the application and confirm enrollment.
