Thank you for your interest in Hala Jeddah International Schools. In order to complete your child’s registration, we kindly request that you follow the steps below:

1. Download the Application Form

   • Please click the button below to download the official school application form.

2. Complete the Form

   • Fill in all required sections carefully and accurately.

   • Ensure that the student’s personal details, guardian information, and medical details are completed.

3. Print the Form

   • Once filled, please print the form clearly on A4 paper.

4. Submit the Form in Person

   • The completed and signed application form must be submitted by hand at the school’s administration office.

   • Along with the form, please bring all required documents (copy of passport/ID, vaccination card, previous school records, and photographs).
